What makes the role so great?
We’re looking for an SEO & AI Specialist, someone who thrives at the intersection of search optimisation and AI innovation. You are data-driven, contribute to growth strategies, and feel at ease with technical SEO concepts like structured data, redirects, page speed, and crawl optimisation.You’ll play a central role in driving SEO strategy across our websites, optimising technical performance, and managing the integration of AI tools into our SEO processes. Unlike traditional SEO roles, you’ll not only bring strong technical SEO skills to the table, but this role includes ownership of AI-assisted research, optimisation, and automation.You’re comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Surfer, and Claude to make SEO smarter and more scalable. What will you do?

• Execute technical SEO tasks: redirects, structured data, metadata, page speed improvements, crawl optimisation

• Lead and manage AI tool usage across the SEO process (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer, Claude, Jasper)

• Identify, test, and optimise AI workflows for keyword research, competitor analysis, content briefs, internal linking and automation

• Work with tools like Semrush, GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio

• Collaborate closely with the Content Specialist to brief, refine and optimise high-performing landing pages, evergreen content, and blogs

• Support backlink strategies: outreach, link building, and content partnerships

• Make changes across multiple CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

• Collaborate with our external SEO and marketing partners: challenge, guide, and improve
  
  

What will you bring?

• Residency in The Netherlands

• At least 2 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on technical SEO (in-house or agency)

• Excellent command of technical SEO concepts (structured data, redirects, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS basics)

• Strong understanding of AI-powered content and research tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Surfer, Jasper, Claude, Outranking, or similar)

• Native in at least one of the following languages: English, French, German, Dutch or Spanish

• A data-driven mindset with strong prioritisation and follow-through

• A proactive attitude. You take responsibility and act on opportunities
