What makes the role so great?

As a Gifts Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with the Gifts team, directly reporting to the People & Office Manager in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a motivated student eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for their future.

What will you do? 

  • Support the Gifts team with printing, packing, and sending out our daily gifts

  • Look out for mistakes and fix them so that our gifts arrive looking beautiful

  • Support with other ad hoc office tasks, including recycling and organisation of stock

What will you bring? 

  • Residency in The Netherlands

  • Excellent skills w.r.t. communication, problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and organisation

  • Currently studying in your first year of University, Bachelor-level education

  • Fluency in English

Who are you?

  • Detail-oriented: Printing continuity, checking for errors and ensuring our gifts reach the right people

  • A creative-minded person, open to sharing ideas

  • Availability to work on weekdays, Saturdays and holidays, including Christmas

  • Flexibility to be called into the office at short notice

  • Commitment to work with us for at least 1 year

This is a part-time job based in Amsterdam (fully on-site due to office responsibilities) and is available as soon as possible.

Job requirements
