To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work closely with our founders in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate at the heart of a fast-growing scale-up, take ownership of high-impact projects across the business, and develop strong business judgement along the way.

The role

As Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with founders Loes Daniels and Jorik Schröder on a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives. You will take ownership of projects across product, marketing, customer support, operations, culture and internal communication, helping move ideas from concept to execution.

This is a highly dynamic role that requires strong judgement, prioritisation skills and the ability to operate independently. You will frequently be asked to assess situations, make recommendations, and drive execution with limited direction, acting as an extension of the founders within the organisation.

What will you do?

Project ownership across the business

  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects from start to finish

  • Drive product launches, from planning to go-live and post-launch evaluation

  • Support and launch new marketing initiatives and experiments

  • Improve customer support processes, tooling and workflows to enhance customer experience

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement scalable solutions

Founder support, culture & internal communication

  • Support the founders in shaping and strengthening company culture as the organization scales

  • Help translate vision, values and priorities into clear internal communication

  • Support company-wide updates, leadership messaging and internal initiatives

  • Act as a cultural sounding board, identifying risks and opportunities early

  • Ensure alignment between strategy, decisions and how they land in the organization

Founder support & decision-making

  • Act as a thought partner to the founders on priorities and day-to-day decisions

  • Analyse opportunities, challenges and trade-offs, and provide clear recommendations

  • Prepare briefings, analyses and presentations to support decision-making

  • Step in where needed to unblock teams and ensure progress
